    I just recently discovered you can stream your console on your computer. However it seems it is only capable of doing so if both the computer and console are on the same network. Is there a way to stream your console on your computer/ laptop if you are
    away on a different network?

    Can't stream since update months ago

    I'm still unable to stream Xbox games to my Windows 10 computer since the last update. I keep getting the error "Game streaming is turned off on your Xbox One. To turn it back on, go to your console and open Settings > Preferences " I've enabled and disabled
    streaming multiple times. I've reset my console multiple times. Same with my computer. Everything is up to date. Streaming It is definitely on in my console. Tried everything. Any ideas? Is there another update coming out to fix this?

    Streaming problem.

    Hey,

    I have problem with streaming games to my PC, i have connected consol with my PC and when i choose start streaming games then i get a statement: game streaming is turned off on your xbox one, when this option is ON. My computer meets requirements to streaming
    games from my console.

    No. Both devices have to be on the same network.

    The idea is you can be in a different room playing on your console while
    someone can watch TV where the console is connected.

    Excellent point, I didn't even think about the streaming in the Xbox app. That doesn't take much of any computer power at all to run, that is running the game on the Xbox console and streaming, basically, a video feed of the console to your PC and is
    really using minimal compute, but does use a good bit of local network (not internet) connection.
