streaming video problems

My xbox one recently started having problems with streaming videos. All videos on netflix, youtube facebook and any other videos streamed on the web browser will play for a few seconds then the picture will just continuously stutter. The sound will continue
normally but the picture will just play the same two seconds over and over again. It will also sometimes flash green over the whole video window, but that doesn't happen every time. Its been a few days and it hasn't gone away on its own. I'm nervous to try
fixing it myself because I don't know whats wrong. The only thing I could think of was resetting it to factory settings. Any ideas what this is and how to fix it?

Video streaming problems

Hi all, i have been using xbox live for years now to game and stream my vids ect, but for the last couple of days i have been having trouble with streaming.

All my media is stored on my pc and streamed over, this has always worked fine, but now it takes about 20 minutes to start streaming, i have checked my connection and it is at a steady 10mbps, this drops to around 0.20mbps when i start streaming.

Online games are still playing fine and nothing has changed on my PC

Any help would be great

Same problems for the past week. Been trying to stream via Xbox Live Video, and it's stalls, drops. That's with a 30 mbps connection. When I do a test it tests at 16 mbps. Worse most of the time it just drops and says the network connection was dropped.
Netflix works, Amazon works, Hulu Works, heck everything else works just not the xBox.

What was that last patch for again?

Same exact issue here. It worked fine until a few days ago . Can somebody help? Can't even watch dvr captures!

I was having a similar issue a few days ago. Mine would flash solid green for a bit. I turned my xbox off and unplugged it from the power for a minute then back in. This seemed to fix the issue for me. Also make sure all your HDMI cables are fully plugged
in.

Just discovered this problem streaming video to the media player.

Since HD quality video requires large amounts of bandwidth, your router might not be able to handle the bandwidth required to stream HD video. This is the same problem one runs into when YouTube is buffering. I would suggest streaming only SD video.
