Streaming to Windows 10 PCs doesn't work at the last stage

Hello,
I've tried streaming to two windows 10 devices (a HP laptop and a Surface Pro 3) , I've tried hard rebooting the Xbox one twice, and rebooting the Windows 10 devices numerous times. Also tried the Windows 10 devices on wireless and wired. (The Xbox One
is always wired)
when I click to start streaming, it says it's connected to the Xbox One, the Xbox One reports a "username has started streaming" then the Xbox app just goes "blanked out" as if the stream should have popped over the app's window

The "test streaming" feature always reports a success, however when streaming or trying the test, I never see much notable network activity in task manager of the Windows 10 machines.

XBox One streaming to Windows 10 PC issue

Hi. I bought last week a xbox one s bundle with forza horizon 3. This game is downloaded from store. With this game streaming works very nice, no lagg, highest quality, wonderful experience.

In addition i bought Forza 7 and Fifa 18. Both games are not working well with streaming to my Windows 10 PC. Stuttering, laggs, quality drops etc. , also if i set quality to medium or low this happens. It feels like the games needs more cpu/gpu power on
the xbox and streaming is not working anymore because of this. Or I fear it is because the games are on discs maybe? Or are the discs only used once i start the game?

My network at home is fully Gigabit and all drivers on my Windows 10 PC are UpToDate. I tested with different PCs/Notebooks here at home. All work nicely with Forza Horizon 3, bute Fifa 18 and Forza 7 do make problems ...

Any clue?

Streaming Video Issues

Does anyone else have video streaming issues? Tried streaming a movie to the Xbox one thru localcast and allcast on my android phone and it doesn't work. It seems the update to windows 10 may have done something.
