Streaming to Windows 10 broken

After the recent updates to Xbox one and windows 10 streaming from Xbox one to Windows 10 stopped working. The Xbox application cannot connect to the Xbox even when the IP address is given. I have tried restating everything, making sure they both are on
the same network etc. nothing works to fix the issue. It used to work great now it is broken.

Has anyone else experienced issues streaming from their XboxOne / XboxOneX to their PC in the last 24 hours? I was streaming perfectly to my PC last night, however today Windows 10 had a very large update (took 10-15 minutes with multiple reboots). After
the update my Xbox PC app could find my Xbox but could not connect to it. I have ensured that both the Xbox and my PC are connected to the same network and both have been rebooted and have the latest updates. Anyone else having this issue or know of a resolution?

I had the same issue, mine had something to do with the time, my pc was set to eastern U.S. and my Xbox was on central time U.S., when I set my Xbox's time zone to eastern, I was able to connect.

I'm not sure if it will help in your case but it is worth a shot.
