    Streaming Resolution


    It would be really nice in game streaming to select the resolution especially on the go with Android. Find the quality going back and forth causing the lag. I'd even like to just play at 480p or 720p on a smartphone. But it's trying so hard to stay at 1080p.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the streaming resolution on Xbox. The streaming resolution is fixed to the output resolution of your screen.

    You will probably be able to use the streaming content normally, it might impact the resolution. Take a test and let me know if you see any difference in resolution.

    Mixer broadcasting via the Xbox is restricted to 720p and 30FPS. If you want to stream at higher resolution, you need to get a capture card and stream through a PC.
