streaming problems and changing settings so I can stream

okay so I have a problem, I can't stream on my xbox or anything else that is linked with my xbox. ive looked at the settings and tried to change some, when I change them online it doesn't let me and when I change them on the xbox it doesn't change anything.
Ive tried most things and nothing has worked so far. I don't know if this is a bug or I did something that I shouldn't have but it is really irritating and I really want to fix it

I previously had the one that our cable company setup. Before buying the new one, i could only stream from my xbox to windows 10 on my surface pro 3 using the lowest quality setting. even then, it was really laggy. now i can stream on the highest setting.

i can also twitch stream on the highest setting, now. before, i also had to stream to twitch on the lowest setting for it to be watchable. after getting this new router, my streams are nice and smooth.

Cant stream Mass Effect Andromeda

Hey all

so i typically stream games from my xbox one to my pc, i have no problems streaming anything except for Mass Effect. As soon as i start the game it freezes the stream and i get a low bandwidth message and then it drops completely. i have tried changing
the stream quality but get the same issues. This is the only game that gives me a problem. any thoughts?

If you were under a child account before it changed to an adult check your privacy setting and make sure that stream is set to allow. I was just able to live stream on my Xbox one. One of the update changed the setting on streaming so make sure you have
it set for streaming allow!

I stream and use my kinect for a mic there is not a problem with it but my game audio pops in my stream i am forced to go to in game setting and turn the master volume to 0% so i can stream without the popping sound. I would like to know how to fix my audio
problem.

I can answer my own question here that the Xbox One will stream at whatever resolution it is set to in the settings, so if I set the console to 720p it will stream at 720p. It isn't possible to pass a 720p signal out the HDMI output, but use a 1080p output
for streaming (unless you constantly change the settings back and forth).

The PC will scale to full screen no matter what, but 1080p looks much better than 720p on a 1080p monitor. The problem is if I set to 1080p when streaming to my PC and forget about it, then the next time when I try to use my TV I would get garbled graphics
because it can't accept the 1080p output, so I would need to go back upstairs and stream to my PC to reset the settings to 720p before I can use the TV again.

How I solved this problem was to use an HDFury 4S scaler to connect to my TV and scale the Xbox One down from 1080p to 1080i, which is the maximum resolution of my gaming TV. That allows me to keep the Xbox One console set on 1080p at all times.

Twith or mixer on xbox and it says my settings do not let me even though everytihng is lublic except for the stream setting. When it comes to change the stream setting, it says there was an error and i cannot change it.
