    Streaming Problem


    Hello, I am an Xbox One owner and I had some questions. When I first got the system back in the summer I was able to play to my xbox no problem. Now I am back at school and updated to windows 8.1 and I can't. my first guess was that it was the school internet
    making it impossible to connect. BUT, I noticed that sometimes when I am playing games or watching Netflix that my xbox will go to video and start streaming things that I had watched on my laptop before. In one case it played ghostbusters which I had at that
    point deleted off my laptop. So, my question is, is there a better way to connect to my xbox?

    I just purchased the film Arachnophobia and I selected SD stream, but when I start up the film my screen goes blue and I can't do anything except restart my console. Please reply if possible.

    Yeah, upload speed is important when you're trying to do activities that are bandwidth intensive.



    As a result of reading this thread, I gave it a go myself - streamed to Youtube, since Twitch wouldn't allow me for some reason. I was a 1 bar consistently. I was really struggling to kill people and it was frustrating. After one match, I turned the livestream
    off.

    It was a rental, it could have removed because of the 24 hour time frame.

    I'd say call in and chat with a LIVE agent or contact zune chat support.

    I tried this but it just removed it from my collection and I have to pay for it again if I want to watch it :/ But thanks for replying anyway :)

    Instead of resurrecting old threads, you may want to try the support forums...MS is not listening here. Did you do a hard reset of the console? Did you delete and re-download the apps? Best of luck

    Hulu and Netflix keep freezing, then I receive and error code stating I need to sign up for Xbox Live ( already a gold member). I am really getting tired of this. This is too much money to spend on poor streaming services.
