  1. Streaming MCC on Windows 10 not recognizing all available controllers, roster problems

So, I'm trying to get the 4 player achievement for MCC. I have 1 wired and 2 wireless xbox 360 controllers connected to windows 10 (the wireless controllers are connected using the xbox 360 wireless receiver for windows). I also have my xbox one controller
    connected to the xbox one.

I can use all 3 xbox 360 controllers to control the xbox app on windows 10, so I know they all work. But, when I start streaming MCC, I can only control 1 xbox 360 controller, the other 2 are non-responsive.

Also, I can only sign in 1 other profile in MCC when using the roster function. As soon as I sign in a guest using the A button, it won't even let me sign in other profiles, like the roster is maxed out at 2 players.....when it's supposed to support 4 local.

    How can I fix this?

    :)

Xbox app streaming not (any longer) supports two controllers ?

I have the same problem too, two Win 10 Pcs exhibit the same problems, hell even the Android Beta App does on my phone!

I have two 360 controllers rigged by 360 wireless receiver for windows, two bone controllers by USB cable.

The App will only recognize the first connected controller, usually "player 1" on the 360 controller pairs.

Steam detects everything fine, all the controllers appear using joy.cpl and their inputs are correct. All games on my PC play fine with the 4 controllers, the streaming app will only recognize one when a stream is established.

I've factory defaulted my Xbone, I've upgraded firmware, I've done pretty much everything shy of buying a brand new PC and installing Windows 10 to it (my 2nd windows Pc was brand new and never used streaming before this).

Beta version of the app has the same problem.

I thought it was related to the Windows 10 anniversary/creators update, but it obviously wasn't.

There appears to be a problem in the current version of the App where it is no longer recognizing multiple controllers on the PC, the Beta version has the same problem.

    Welcome to the party!

The issue is not the App but the Xbox itself. That behavior has been there since the last Xbox system update (May 21st), but it seems that no one in MS cares about it...

How did you figure out it was a system update? And I assume there is no obvious way to implement a rollback?
Because I've tried with 2 different PC's, one with last updates and the other one withouth them, and both are acting the same way.

Plus, this post was opened 1 day after the last Xbox update, and since then, there's been a bunch of Xbox Win10 App and the problem still persists.

Added to that, the Win10 App recognizes perfectly all the controllers; you can control the app itself with all of them, the problem is only when streaming.

    ok, makes sense.

I raised this on reddit in the XboxOne forum with their support rep. They've passed it on to engineering too. So I guess we'll have to see how it goes.
