    Streaming issues on YouTube.


    My problem is that I have issues when I attempt to watch any video. The auto setting for quality doesn't help because it keeps changing the setting from high to low. I have done numerous hard resets with no hope. The funniest thing yet is I have Virgin Media
    150mbs so its not my internet but as of right now I am using edge to watch videos on the actual website with no problem, no stuttering, buffering or change of quality every couple of seconds. I am streaming on permanent HD 1080p 60fps with no problem. Personally
    I think with the app the problem is based on how you're not able to change YouTube auto quality setting because manually I know that my internet can handle a video. Damn it downloaded Assassins Creed Unity + Black Flag in less 1hr.

    livestreaming no sound?

    I've checked everything on my end but still no sound while streaming on YouTube. Is there something YouTube or Cod doing to prevent streaming matches with sound?

    We Need To Add Streaming To YouTube On Xbox One Its No Fun Without YouTube Cause Mixer Twitch Its Not Better Than YouTube Streaming And Plus When We Stream We Get No Views But On YouTube We Could Get 10 or more for Starters

    Hi,

    If you Stream only on YouTube ok i can understand the issue... Til now xbox is not able to get the stream directly... Its Mixer or twicht.

    There is no ETA about this YouTube option in the near futur… Maybe Xbox "next" ? Who knows ?

    But you can Stream on Twitch or Mixer then send your Stream to YouTube , just check that > https://blog.lvlupdojo.com/how-to-stream-to-twitch-youtube-gaming-at-the-same-time-62a2e4013236
    , if obs is lagy, put your stream on youtube after your live is another way too.

    You are misunderstanding the issue. You pretty much have to jump through hoops to stream Xbox game play live on YouTube. (Try it yourself see what happens) As far as Twitch audio goes its great with no issues at all. Xbox lacks the ability to stream directly to youtube.

    My $200+ headset audio is great for streaming direct to Twitch and or recording voice audio. I'd rather not spend a decent amount on a secondary mic just for youtube streams Especially if I stream for fun and not a source of income. I also don't want to buy a expensive capture card since there's not many capture cards exist that are capable of 4k@120hz pass through. And if I get one that's 1080@120hz pass-through what was the point in getting the series x?

    And if the question comes to mind of why would they add that feature? (To stream directly to youtube) Why would Sony? Why would Microsoft have the feature to stream directly Twitch and not youtube? Why wouldnt Microsoft just add the feature to stream directly to youtube? Why wouldnt youtube allow they too? Is there a contract that wouldnt allow them? What's the issue? Why do I need to spend more money to buy a 2nd mic specifically for youtube streaming?

    Excepting that is just how it is like being ok with a AAA game lauching with 1 game mode (say 4v4 team death match) no story mode, 1 small map and only 2 things to unlock for a cost of $70.

    YouTube issue

    This issue crops up from time to time and is not an Xbox related issue. The app draws its streams from the Youtube website. You should contact Youtube support to see if there's anything they can do to update the app.

    Because YouTube would have to make an app for the Xbox One to stream to YouTube.

    Instead, Microsoft has a more powerful streaming platform called Mixer, where your viewers can even interact with you, which is not possible on YouTube. Also, Twitch still has their own app on the Xbox Marketplace where you can stream to Twitch.

    Since Google/YouTube didn't do a streaming app for the Xbox, you're currently stuck with these two supported streaming apps (Mixer and Twitch), or you need to use a capturing device on your PC to stream to YouTube (or other streaming services, or you can
    use https://restream.io/ to stream to multiple streaming services at the same time).
