    Streaming from Xbox to Twitch difficulties.


    I'm streaming to Twitch from my Xbox Series X through a capture card and pc, i can pick up all game/party sounds but not my own mic? any advice or ways to fix this?

    Unfortunately, the twitch app for xbox is really not the beet way to stream as it is quite outdated. Best case scenario would be separate pc for streaming/webcam capture, but if you dont have that your options are limited. On mixer, you can use most webcams,
    but the twitch app has great difficulty in recognizing cameras that are not the kinect. As others have mentioned, there may be ways around this, but it can be difficult if doing everything solely through the app.

    WHY DID YOU DISPOSE OF MIXER AND USE TWITCH INSTEAD?!

    twitch was on xbox from the beginning and was the only way to stream, mixer came out a few years later, as mixer was not doing well they sold the assets to facebook and closed mixer

    any ads in the twitch stream are there by twitch not microsoft, dont want ads then sign up to prime i think as amazon own twitch.

    you get ads with youtube also.

    I appreciate the xbox for everything it is but is it that hard to make the videos longer? and for the streaming will we be able to record the stream or take it from twitch?
