Streaming from Xbox One to Xbox App on Windows 10 KN system not working

Hi,

I´ve been trying to get the game-stream going again from my Xbox One to my PC working for hours. Even got help from support agents here at the Xbox page to no avail. Anyways we did manage to confirm that my settings are OK, the basic stuff.

Then I notice the Xbox App says I have to install the "Media Feature Pack for Windows 10 N and Windows 10 KN editions" since I´m running a Windows 10 KN system, build 1511. I installed the Media Feature Pack again, that did not work at all.
The app still says I have to install the Media Feature Pack even it´s already installed.

Then I notice the following text at the support page for the KB3010081 which is the November update for the Media Feature Pack.

"Effect on other features" and "Xbox: Some functionality such as Game DVR that is associated with this app does not work."

Is this issue being looked at? I would really like to be able to stream games to my PC again. I´m I the only one with this problem? If not,
please update the troubleshooting page because the information regarding the
Media Feature Pack for Windows 10 N and Windows 10 KN editions is obsolete.

'Turn On' Xbox One Not Working But SmartGlass Does

I am unable to turn on my Xbox One from the Windows 10 Xbox app, receiving the following error message "We are unable to turn on your console. Make sure this device is on the same network as your console and your console is set to instant-on".
However, if the Xbox One is already on, I can connect and utilize game streaming from Windows 10. On the same network, I can successfully turn on the Xbox One from the SmartGlass app on my iPhone and then connect to the Xbox One for game streaming from Windows
10. Any ideas for how to get the Xbox One to turn on directly from Windows 10 without having to use the SmartGlass app?
