    Streaming Disney plus to xbox one


    I own the Disney Plus app and have it installed on xbox one. It gave me an 8 digit number to enter on the Disney content site on the web. The number evidently timed out before I could enter it and the site did not accept it. Now when I open the Disney
    plus app on xbox I get the message "Sorry something went wrong. Please try again latter". I let this rest over night and tried again in the morning but still got that message. How to I reset so that I can get a new 8 digit number?

    confirmed     that there will be a Disney Plus app for gaming consoles including Xbox One on launch which is November 12th.

    Why is my Series X having audio issues?

    Audio issues here but only when streaming movies and shows on Prime Video and Disney Plus so far. The Series X sucks. The One X is/was better.

    Disney plus issue.

    I’m currently experiencing the same issue. I recently bought a new Xbox Series S and unable to play any Disney Plus content. The content plays briefly before the video stops followed shortly by the audio.

    I have other streaming apps that have no issues and I have another Xbox Series S that plays Disney Plus with no issues.
