streaming audio issues

yesterday morning I started having this thing in fable3 where the audio would start breaking for what sounded like every second I figured this was my internet updating or something so I left it alone and paused the game. it continued I called the company
and they said all looked good, and I haven't been having any other issues I've not noticed it effects the hole xbox all sound, and narrator seem to be skipping around if it cuts the middle of a word out it isn't a problem but sometimes it cuts out the beginning
of the word if I plug headphones into my controller the problem isn't there. I'm totally blind, so I don't no if it effects video as well. the problem only happens with xbox no other app is having audio issues
