Streaming apps stopped working today. Still not working after factory reset

Today trying to use Amazon instant video I received error code AU0101. I kept getting this error so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but same result. I then checked my internet connection and everything was fine. I tried launching Netflix to see if
the problem was app related or xbox. Netflix refused to launch stating unable to connect. I checked my internet connection again and reset modem/router. Still same errors. After multiple resets and reinstalls I finally reset the console completely. After the
reinstall I am still having the exact same issues. Not sure where to go from here but its extremely frustrating since we use the xbox as our main source of media streaming. Suggestions

I'm sorry to hear about the issue! If you're still experiencing the Xbox Fitness App getting stuck on the loading screen, I would first suggest trying out these troubleshooting steps to see if we can get it to resolve.

• Power Cycle your Xbox One console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console is completely off, unplug the console from the power source and give it a few minutes.
  
• Then, plug all the cords back in and turn on your console.
• Try launching the Xbox Fitness App again.

Exact same issues. Can't get anything to work between HBO Go and Amazon Video.
