Streaming Apps go to Black screen with Audio

Most of my Streaming Apps are failing. Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, Hulu, when I select them they will begin to load, then immediately after their loading screen my screen goes black and I only get sound.

I have reinstalled the Apps, both factory resets the console (both saving data and deleting all data), changed video output, reset/cleared the MAC address, and reset all the network components and modems in my house.

No change.

Games, HBO GO, Showtime Anytime, YouTube work as normal.

Youre having HDMI HDCP copy protection handshake issues. Have you tried the console on another TV?

SOLVED: I had to turn on Media streaming in "Media streaming options", a buried control panel screen that the only way I know how to find is by going to the start screen (win 8) or start menu (win 7) and typing "media sh". I also installed the Xbox Video
app on the Xbox. Without it installed, video files were playing audio-only in the Xbox Music app.

Same here.

Since a few days, Xbox App stream just show a black screen, whether I want to stream from cloud, my XSX, or XO.

Old "Companion" app still streams perfectly for XO. Cloud works perfectly from browsers on the PC. It's clearly the Xbox App that's at fault here.

I'm having the same issue on Windows 11 Xbox App, tried everything that people said here, but still black screen after the spaceship. Streaming works fine on my iPhone. Something curious is that even if its a black screen I can still hear the xbox sounds and games, but only the black screen is the issue...
