Streaming a film

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with streaming a 4K movie on the Xbox One console. I recommend totry
doing a soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system.

• Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox
  profiles.

Yes im on that app and yes 4k. 100% not a connection issue as i can stream from my tv provider in 4k perfectly fine

Xbox Support stated on Twitter there was an issue with launching digital content (amongst other things) but they have now solved the problem. I had a similar issue (with a different movie) but I checked it tonight and it now works fine. Hopefully your issue
will have been resolved now also.
