Stream Locally without Xbox One

Discus and support Stream Locally without Xbox One in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I cant use Pandora on the Xbox One because Xbox Live is down, which I understand.     Stream Locally without Xbox One


    So I cant use Pandora on the Xbox One because Xbox Live is down, which I understand. BUT are you telling me that I cant stream music from Windows Media Player on my PC to my Xbox One because Xbox Live is down? Because that is what is happening now.
    Why the hell would I require Xbox Live to stream music locally?

    You can also stream tv to any windows device or device with smart glass locally.

    Using xbox360 stored files with XBox Music client/collection...possible?

    Can you add xbox360 locally stored music files to an XBOX Music collection and sync/stream them to mobile devices if the unit is on?

    Are you sure you have the folders with your music in shared?

    Currently listening to the Soundtrack from the musical episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer (Once More With Feeling) and I can't connect to Live either.

    Everytime I click on Play To in Windows Media Player for anything, the Xbox One attempts to open Xbox Music and then tells me I need to be connected to Xbox Live, it is now telling me I need to be signed in since it automatically logged me out. I cant use
    it for anything without Xbox Live.

    Ah I see. Unfortunately I can't offer the solution without you having access to Xbox Live.

    The One is now capable of 'pulling' media from a PC. Download the Media Player app on your console, search the store for it, and when launched it will find any DNLA device you have on your network.

    This is how I've been listening to my music on the One and works fine whether there is an internet connection or not.

    I know this doesn't help now but its the way to go in the future to stop problems like this occurring again.

    your XB is set to online use.. it is trying to sign you in first... under setting remove that option and it should work..

    yea turning the consoles online off works but only if you don't have a online game !!!!
