    Hi everyone,

    So sorry, this has probably been asked a million times but I'm really new and unexperienced in this.

    I have just received a second hand xbox 360 slim and i want to stream movies and tv shows from my mac to this. I have added the 360 to my home wifi and my mac is also on this wifi network.

    Is there any way to stream from the mac? I can't even find how to add my mac a source to stream from on the 360.

    I have an iMac with OS X Yosemite.

    Thanking you in advance for all your help - and pleas be kind, I'm technically challenged!

    Owning two xboxes and having one gold membership is it possible ?

    Stream content from one XBOX to another [Via inbuilt 360 Slim WiFi adapter] & use Windows Media Center... That's the whole purpose of WMC... Or just stream it to the TV in the loungeroom etc..

    I assume you are talking about streaming movies or other media? The easiest method would be to set up a DLNA server on your mac. You can then use the Media Player app on the Xbox to access and stream the files.

    There are several software titles that will do this. I use Plex - it's free to set up the DLNA server with that. http://plex.tv

    es una xbox 360 slim, es lo mismo borrar el mac? solo me aprece ese aviso "limpie el disco con un paño" , en el otro juego me salta error d000....

    is a xbox 360 slim, is it the same to erase the mac?
    only that notice "clean the disk with a cloth", in the other game I jump error d000 ….

    I talk about stream from Xbox on Mac Os.
    Microsoft made app "Xbox" on iOS system, and i can download it from appstore, and play xbox from iPhone, so why it can't be on Mac Os, especially on mac with M1 processor.
