Stray Souls Bugs

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with Stray Souls. I understand your frustration and disappointment with the game's bugs, camera, inventory, AI, soundtrack and developer's communication. I was running away from a Stray Dog purely because I didn't want to kill it. A Frost Troll started attacking me on the path I was running along, I start attcking it and I was pretty sure something came right between us although we were in melee range. The
Troll Corpse starts rolling away and behind it is the corpse of the Stray Dog. Anyway, the whole point of this is that for some reason I absorbed a Dragon Soul.

I thought Dark Souls was going to be a lot harder after hearing all that I did, but once you get used to it you can be pretty untouchable.... Untill that one stray hit gets you and it's all over, but I'd suggest starting out as a pyro. It was a very good
introduction for me using that class.

It seems to be a common bug.

Some dragons just don't seem to have souls.

I've had a couple of dragons where I actually needed to loot them to start absorbing the souls and a couple where no matter what I do the dragon wont decompose and I can't absorb the soul.
