    Strange Xbox Showing When Doing Online Purchases.


    Morning all,

    Just a quick one. When preordering a game on the Xbox website, the option to install to my Xbox came up. It showed my Xbox One X which is my home Xbox but it also showed two other devices, neither of which are mine.

    When I go into my Microsoft account they are not listed under my devices? What's the situation with this and how do I get rid of them and their potential to be using my stuff?

    to add to this thread: I do have a similar problem, where a game I purchased through a code recently (for PC gaming) does not show up in my Xbox Profile (and thus I cannot play online). The strange thing is that it does show up in my MS accounts purchase
    history, but it does not in my "games i own" section of the XBox Profile...

    Strangely these are available on my W7 laptop via the Zune software??

    Even though they were purchased through Xbox Music and not through Zune??

    None of my other video purchases show up in Zune though.... it is all rather strange!

    Hello again, this is really strange, have you tried to make the purchase on another device, or even connect to another internet network, because the servers do not show any problems with purchases.

    Thanks, it is a strange one. For some reason the Win 10 store shows that I owen Minecraft but not in the Xbox store. So I'm unable to play it on Xbox. I did purchase Minecraft back when Mojang Studios owen it. I do use the same account for Xbox and Windows, which it why the achievements displayed on the Xbox. Just can't understand why the Xbox store does not show i owen it.

    That is what is so strange -- it does not show there (ready to d/l) and shows in the store as requiring purchase. Fairly sure I purchased through Xbox One app on my phone when it was on sale many weeks ago. Are receipts emailed for games purchased through
    the app? I have checked my M/S account and email but no receipts / confirmations not there for other games purchased through app...
