    STRANGE Xbox Controller Problem


    I'm having a weird issue with my shock blue xbox controller with my older model Xbox One. The console is from 2015 and when I first got the new controller there were some syncing issues but then they fixed themselves. Now I can turn on the console with the controller but after that it doesn't work. I've tried resyncing, different batteries, hard wiring the controller to the console, but nothing works. It happened while I was using remote play but I don't think that has anything to do with it. Please help! This controller is still kinda new, I bought it earlier this year but the warranty is expired. What do I do?? Thanks!

    I have the same issues with Xbox after 6 months it happend to me. Xbox don't even register it to do any type of update.

    Still using my "Day One" controller and it does that when the batteries are ready to die. Really helpful in the middle of a game! Lol.

    I agree.

    My newer model with the 3.5 jack has been solid. My older (less than a year) controller has been retired due to drifting.

    Sounds like drifting, there are ways to fix it but its a little techy, the only other way is to buy a new one. if its not one with a 3.5mm jack built in controller I would recommend changing it anyway, they have a better build.
