    Strange TOAST alert


    Hi,

    does anyone know why I would be getting a TOAST alert for KUXIR#8489 whenever they come online even through they are not on my friends list, not someone I follow and from what I can tell not someone who follows me.

    Is this just a system glitch our do I need to be worried?

    It’s the same alert you would see when any friend comes online, but this person is not in my friends list

    I wondered if it might new related to the recent issues. Although this isn’t a one off, it’s been happening for about a week, always the same user.

    Two weeks later and I’m still getting these alerts. He does play a lot of Rocket League but it isn’t a Rocket League ID, despite the hashtag and number.

    The ID can be found as an Xbox Gamertag but he does not follow me and is not in my friends list.

    Anyone got any other ideas?

    How do I escalate this to Xbox support?
