    Strange system: help me!


    My system is strange, I think it may be corrupted, because I opened it to clean it, I took the opportunity to check it and tested the health of the HD with the features of Windows 10 itself, it didn't suffer damage due to falls or impacts, but the first time I called it was all buggy and slow, so I chose to do the factory reset, it was not 100%. Can anyone help me how can i proceeding? You may need to format the hard drive and reinstall the system.

    Disc tray randomly opens and shuts

    Hey I was having a similar problem where my disc tray was opening on its own even when my xbox was powered off. Support had me go to settings - system- storage - hard drive and clear the system cache 3 times then restart my Xbox. As strange as it sounds
    it solved the problem for me. Hope this helps.

    my XB1 has been ascting fishy with strange connection issues while playing DBXV, and your advise totally did the trick- just hope that it can be corrected with a system update - but your tips helped me to play for another day.
