    Strange Problem With My Xbox 1


    Recently my Xbox One started, well kind of freezing up at start up. The odd thing is it allows me to log in and select an app or game. It then semi freezes on the app or game's start up screen. It does nothing else, just stays on the screen and will not
    load. I can go back to the dashboard and select another game or app and it does the same thing. It even does this if I attempt to open the settings.

    I power it off normally but it takes a really long time to completely shut down. During this time the lights on the console and Kinect flash off and on slowly for a while. I unplug the power to the brick and wait 2 minutes then plug it back n and start it
    up. Everything works fine from this point and it powers off like normal after this. The next time I power it on I have to repeat the process all over again. Does anyone else have this issue or have a solution to this problem. It is getting extremely aggravating.

    Hey there StreeTunder, sorry to hear you're having that problem! The first thing to try will be to go into system settings, then memory, then choose options to clear your system memory's cache. If that doesn't help, please try redownloading your profile
    in the Sign In screen. (The option looks like a blank avatar, all the way to the right.) If this does not help, please let us know, but I imagine that's all you'll need to do! Strange Problem With My Xbox 1 :)

    Strange problem with my Profile

    Hello.

    Im having a strange problem with my xbox 360 profile.

    When i play a game or use a app, my profile logs out of xbox live always.

    I dont know what is going on.

    And when i exit a game to the menu it does it again, same thing with app´s.

    I need help this is really annoying.

    I have been having the same issue for a while and no idea when or how it started. I'm hoping it may get fixed with the new update about to come out

    There are loads of threads with variations on the same problem. Instant On is broken, MS won't even acknowledge the issue, let a lone fix it.

    All you can do for now, is switch to Power Saving mode, or be prepared to do a hard reset every time it doesn't load properly.

    There are loads of threads with variations on the same problem. Instant On is broken, MS won't even acknowledge the issue, let a lone fix it.

    All you can do for now, is switch to Power Saving mode, or be prepared to do a hard reset every time it doesn't load properly.

    Strangely it hasn't been a problem for Red dead Redemption 1 OR Assassins Creed 1 ( both on xbox 360).

    Actually, the factory reset helped me to navigate to devices and accessories option but the same problem still exist .I noticed that the controller flashing even I am not on a game ,Now I am quiet sure that the problem is with it but I am not sure it
