Strange Messaging Issue

So I made a new xbox account for my new xbox one s and for some reason I couldn't send messages it was saying "You cannot send messages because of your behavior" and I literally just made the account. And when I go to check my reputation It's good.

Messaging issue

When I go into messaging, I can see all of my messages but it won't let me scroll down to 'enter' the message, reply, view profiles ect....it just. Lists the messages and won't let me move the focus onto any of them. I have had no issues with this until
it started 2 days ago.

Thank you for responding. That seems to have fixed the issue. I appreciate your time!

I hadn't downloaded anything new (games/apps/updates), but i do use my glass app on my phone quite a bit. I wonder if something happened between the two while I was using my glass app.

Are you still having issues with sending messages or has the issue cleared up for you? It's possible there was a delay in being able to send messages if the account was just created. Keep us in the loop and let us know

Quite a few people are getting these recently.

You did the right thing.

If you get a new follower just check their profile before accepting any friends request.If it's a tag with 0 Gamerscore & no or very few friends then it's probably a spam account so just block them.

This sort of thing happens every so often & will die down soon.

You can also sent comms to friends only if it becomes to much of a problem.
