Strange mensage

What were you attempting to do when you received the error code? Knowing what you were doing will help us try to narrow things down. Are you able to access your gamertag online and any online features? Are you able to access the Store and/or any games?

You tying by website????(in most cases that mensage shows when a game is IP block in much rares cases shows when the network is slow or very busy...like i say is very rare the second one!!!)

Try in your 360 if the problem is IP block; wil show a mensage like that: That product is don´t avaliable in your region, if you receive that mensage try to buy another game that one have no way to download it...

If don´t show that mensage maybe the network is to busy try again later and see if works!!!

You have two solutions (one is free and that "stupid" give the rope to put him out of XBL and other can be not too much eficient change gametag you will pay 800 ms points to do that)

I will explain the free one to catch him in the act, all the times you receive the mensage you have the option report the mensage (use that and chose the category fits to him the MS moderator´s see that´s mensages and evaluate the punisher for him, suspension
or ban, ban his console if he uses ilegal mode to change the tag...)

If he send this mensage for voice in game you have the option to denunce him!!! go to friends list in the right you have the option last players you played or talked look for his tag and denunce his atitudes.
