Strange issue with "My games & apps"

Hi,

when I select "Sort A-Z", my games will show up from A-Z. But when I select
"Sort by last used", nothing shows up and my library stays empty.

I already tried to fix this by hard resetting the system but it did not solve the problem.

So anybody got a clue what to do?

Super odd that you're only having troubles with 2D Blu-ray movies. It sounds like you've given quite a few steps a try, have you given a

Factory Reset a try? You can start out with the option to keep Games & Apps, but if you're still having troubles after you'll want to try removing Games & Apps

Error Code: 0x802705a

This also happened with my son's Xbox and if you go to settings , system, Console into & updates, Reset console then Reset and keep my games & apps

This fixed it for my son and hopefully works for you

I'm currently trying this to see if it helps my xbox will not load any of my games

Since you've already
power cycled your Xbox One console, let's try this. Please
remove your Xbox Live account from your Xbox One, power cycle your console, and then re-add your account and see if that helps resolve the issue. If it did not help, the next thing I would recommend is performing a

factory reset of your Xbox One choosing the option that allows you to keep your games and apps.

Give those a shot and let us know if it works!

I have this issue too with my Xbox One X and the Android GamePass app. This used to work however something must have changed in either my Dashboard (Preview Alpha) or the Android app. Strangely enough, the Android GamePass app is able to uninstall items
on my console and record the installation progress when I manually install GamePass games on my console.

I have reported this issue both on the GamePass app and via console Insider Hub report feature.

Hmm thats strange have bot run into the issue yet, but have had issues with the app in general
