Strange idea Don't know if possible

So I have a weird idea I've been contemplating for a while. So I want to turn either the original black ops arcade or black ops arcade 2 into a full arcade cabinet. Here's my issue. I think I can set it up to work with joysticks and buttons quite easy. But
I don't want the cabinet to be clunky. Having to turn it on, navigate the Xbox menu, navigate through the black ops menu, and all of that would make it seem unpolished. I want it to start up and pull up dead ops arcade instantly, or at least do it on its own
so it don't look clunky. Got any Ideas? I thought of using a PC, but the I could only use black ops arcade 2 (as its the only on on PC you can use 2 players) But that would cost a LOT more. Thanks for your help with my idea!

Just don't know if im correct here, but...

1. Open Settings > Accounts and click
Your email and accounts.

2. After confirming that the account is set up to use a Microsoft account, click Sign in with a local account instead.

3. Enter the password for your Microsoft account to confirm that you're authorized to make the change, and then click
Next.

4. On the Switch To A Local Account page, enter your new local user name and password, along with a password hint, as shown here.

5. Click Next to sign out from the Microsoft account and sign back in using your new local account.

6. Once done, follow the steps on this
link on how to sign in using a Microsoft account.
