Strange Headset Problems

While in a party chat my Mic stopped working. I can hear people fine but they cant hear me. My settings are fine and Ive tried 2 headsets and 2 controllers. Any suggestions?

Same problem here, and two of my Xbone Friends are having the same issue.

Cables seems to be fine, but my friends say there´s a scratch sound with my voice, and it´s also stuttering...

 

Same here. This only happens with the chat headset though. When I use the stereo headset it works just fine. I've updated all controllers and I still have problems.

Sometimes I hear all the chatter come out of the TV and the headset speaker at the same time, but still no one can hear me.

 

Ive had this same problem well over a week now! The xbox support team couldnt even help me! All they gave me was 3 month membership.. Great! But nobody can hear me! They told me to contact the xbox preview team? Who dont even have a telephone number help!

I had the same problem and ended up going through both xbox chat and phone support. Xbox phone support ended up having me mail in the broken headset and then they will ship me a new one. Hopefully it will not take forever, but most likely it will. If anyone
has a better solution (hint xbox form support) I'm all ears for it.

 

Someone successfully solved this problem??? the xbox support have to give some solution!!!

 

I am having the same issues, I've brought a new controller and headset and its still not working. has anyone solved this yet? it's killing me in games that require communication.

 

Same problem its been weeks they dont care

 

After the update, my Stereo Headset Adapter started having voice transmission issues. Receiving works fine, but no longer able to chat.

the same thing happened to me it just suddenly stopped working my mic ive tried unplugging my xbox, updating my controller and it has not worked so i dont no if it has broken or its jst my controller someone please find a solution for this

 

Happened to me today was all fine and then i went to have dinner, i was only 20 minutes but when i came back i could hear my friends but my mic wasnt working :/ i havent even dropped it or anything so i decided to go do something else for a bit and
i came back on about half an hour later and it was working but then i had to go out and when i got back it wasnt working again

 

I've had this stupid problem also! But I didn't start having problems until I got my message and chat privileges suspended because I got reported by a piece of garbage that has nothing better to do than be a complete waste of space. Anyway after the suspension
was lifted my message capabilities came back but my Mic will no work. I can hear my friends but they can't hear me. I've tried so many things with no results. So I'm curious if anyone else was suspended and then started having this issue? Because that could
be the problem.
