Strange error after i updated my console

This doesn't work WPAK. Flow charts are simplified and cannot begin to cover the host of issues surround Microsoft coding and software installation destinations. Well I guess this is as good a place as any, (FCC, BBB, and Consumer Advocacy groups), to post
my fairly same problem. I too downloaded the latest and greatest update, I mean after all, who wouldn't considering you can't play online until you do so? So I updated. Now, a little back story. I work for a living. I have not played a particular game, on
my 360, since Nov. 2014. Download of update complete, last week or whenever it came out for the 360. Log in yesterday @1530. Takes 45 seconds to login. Whatever! I just want to play. Select Sniper Elite 3 from the small window displaying the current title
in the disc tray. Loads up. Goes through its routine of letting me select my storage device, after all, I don't trust Microsoft uodates to not corrupt my hd, so I select my external memory unit, which takes another 45 seconds, finally selects it and as it
is loading, the music cuts out for good and when I get to the title screen with all my options, the XBox live selection, ya know to play co-op?, is greyed out. Can't select it. Down at bottom right there is a prompt to press the X button to connect to XBox
live. I press it, receive a message stating that I need to download the latest Multiplayer expansion dlc for the game. I HAVE it downloaded and HAVE HAD it downloaded since I got the game when it came out. I even completed the multiplayer stuff. I want to
do the co-op stuff now..but I can't. I have the new and fancy Microsoft system update. So I call XBox support. No help the first time, except to comp me a month of Gold for free....$12...really? That's what my system, game and time are worth to you? So I have
a system that I, not you Microsoft, that I payed for with MY money and it does NOT work as advertised or intended. I want a new console. Period. I want my money back and I want some respect as a consumer that has enabled you to take advantage of me. Needless
to say after 4 hours of troubleshooting, NOT playing, on the phone the second time for 75 minutes, I was hung up on. NOT FRIGGING cool. Get it together Microsoft. I AM coming after you, and I hope by the time it happens, I have the majority of the gaming community
with me. WE PAY YOUR SALARIES, you'd better wake up and take note. This constant frivolous updating has GOT to stop, OR at the VERY least, I want, and deserve, the option to DECLINE the update and STILL remain online. I don't use the appLICATIONS that you
keep updating, and btw, constant updates just validates that what you are foisting on us is not in anyway a quality working product. OH and one more thing. I don't need your snot nosed customer service rep telling me what it can and can't be that is wrong
with my system. I am well versed in how Microsoft programs their systems. Suffice it to say, I'm a little smarter than the average bear, and I don't appreciate being taken advantage of or being hung up on. I AM the customer, NOT you. I have a typed letter
that has already been sent to the FCC, and the BBB. I have opened a class action case and will be pursuing that avenue also. And it wont happen immediately I know, but it WILL happen. Enough is enough. NOW I'd like that new system as I did NOT buy mine to
be sent in for repairs. It was working fine until YOUR latest update. Although, each one successfully makes it worse and worse. I've had enough, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Anyone else have an issue like this or relevant, send me a message.

My console worked fine before i updated and now this error keeps happening even when i'm not playing and when i'm playing too

i don't know how to fix it i have no ideia what happened

anybody can help me?

Hi there,

please turn the console off and disconnect the power supply from the wall socket after that check if all cables are connected firmly.

Leave the power supply disconnected for at least 60seconds and after that connect all again and power up the console.

If that didn't help please try what happens when connecting the console to a different TV to determine if that changes anything.

Let us know the results

 

And moderators, please get this where it needs to go. I have it copied and saved in a specific Microsoft console issue folder, so don't worry about deleting it, it'll be back. I would, as well as a lot of others, appreciate this being given some help in
getting to the paid decision makers whose salary depends on us remaining happy with our product.

 

i also am having problems. I have talked with support and I keep getting the run around. They don't know how to fix it either but its not our fault, it something on your memory unit. Well no kidding it happened on the last update. There answer is send
in your unit and pay 79 dollars and we will see if we can fix it.

I have filed a complaint with BBB.
