strange DLC on market place

So there are 3 strange dlc on the market place and I jut woinding what are they for

1.farating manual0916dlc

2 farating manual0816dlc

3 FAqquesrionnaireng0916

so what is going on lately why is all this strange games and dlc showing up.in the past few month that's all I see most of them make no sense.

I find it strange it is in the UK market place and not in the US market place.

Might have to due with sales or leasing.

How come Kenshi isn't out on the UK market place yet ... it's strange. because I know the US has it.

I saw this as well and I agree it's weird. I have noticed that the Xbox marketplace/digital store has been really weird lately, it's almost concerning.

 

Probably best to avoid downloading them

 

They aren't showing up when searched for except in mentioning from this post. Looks like they have been removed now and would probably be best to avoid trying to download if they reappear.

Sometimes Microsoft will place some items in the store for testing purposes and it could be the situation in this case, can you please confirm if this was in the Windows 10 store or the console store.

 

i was curious so i went to look for them. i went to the store on the xbox console and found the mentioned DLC. they didn't have a section where it normally shows "Works With:" so they are not tied to any game. looking at the publisher listed they appear
to be for testing purposes. all 3 are very small files. i tried to download them and they would each reach 99% and stop. having all 3 in my queue was actually pretty funny. each one would reach 99% then stop and move onto the next one, after the 3rd it
would try to do the first one again, but start the download over each time. so they were just basically cycling through attempting to download over and over until i told them to stop.

 

i believe they also said Available on PC and Phone, but i couldn't find them by searching. i found them on the console by going to the list of New Add-Ons. this section doesn't seem to exist on the other system stores.

Well I am wondering what game are they for. At the same time I am wondering if it could have been done in error or a developer mistake perhaps.

 

It's also possible these addon's aren't supposed to show up as of yet, but the servers might have glitched or bugged out and they popped up in each of our digital stores, but maybe the reason why the installation fail's is perhaps they aren't completed yet.
I would not be surprised after having six free games appear in my ready to install list the other day for some odd reason. Which many players have had happen.

 

the 6 free games (PopCap games: peggle, zuma, heavy weapon, feeding frenzy) were from EA Access. they were added to EA Access, and due to a glitch they also showed up in everyone's Ready To Install list for a short time. this was quickly fixed and anyone
who downloaded them cannot play them without having purchased them or an EA Access subscription.
