Strange disconnections of service involving error 8015190E

Meant to say at my NAT ERROR is moderate

 

if ur nat is moderate then u call ur internet provider and open ur internet ports called port forwarding once open ur nat will be open check whilst u call them some companys charge for port forwarding but it worth it means u get to play without problems

 

as for my issue i am having disconnection issuses after a xbox live update as i just entered the xbox live beta preview update program update i just had

every game i start up its signing me out of live and when i exit game signs me out of live

i try sign in tells me to add security email password i do that i get error code n stops me from connecting bk plus im having party disconnection issues i have xbox 360 slim

 

I appreciate the attempt to help but you are wrong, Sophie. Yoi can port forward on your own if you understand your router or modem's firmware easily and for free. Either way port forwarding doesn't fix my issue. All NAT really does is make it harder to
connect to other players.

 

Since you connect an additional router to your topology, can you confirm that your GT784WNV is operating in bridge mode (RFC14F3 - transparent bridge mode). This is a very important step to avoid conflicts in your local network, as well as outbound/inbound
traffic.

 

It is not operating in bridge mode.

 

Then make it so!

If you don't know the proper steps, then reach out to your ISP for further assistance.
