    Hello and thank you for reading my post as it may be a long one. Recently I have started playing my xbox 360 again, recently being about the 2nd to last week of March. Sadly I've encountered a strange problem. The problem is I disconnect randomly. I have
    never encountered this issue before and ai had played earlier this year and late last year as well. Never did I once disconnect from the Xbox Live service. Sometimes when I disconnect I can just press the home button and reconnect and then I can play online
    a bit longer before inevitably disconnecting again. Sometimes I can play hours before disconnecting and sometimes I can only squeeze in a few minutes. If using the home button and reconnecting doesn't work I return to the dashboard and that sometimes reconnects
    me to Xbox Live once again allowing me ro continue playing for what seems like an arbitrary amount if time. The reason this is such an issue is that I play Destiny a game that requires a constant connection. Before suggesting it could be just Destiny I must
    let you know that I have played single player games before purchasing and playing Destiny and I still had the same issue with disconnections. Now sometimes, quite rarely I get an error code which is 8015190E. I've tried what feels like every solution suggestes
    to fix this multiple times. I tried the following: Formatting hard drives (I own two hard drives and both get the same problem.) Redownloading my profile Forwarding ports Switching between wireless and wired Clearing the system cache Using different ethernet
    cables Going the extra mile to buy a Xbox 360 S in hopes of new tech being the cure Changed accounts I chatted with someone on the support team to no avail as well. Info: I live in California I've used both the Xbox 360 slim and Xbox 360 Pro or Arcade I've
    tried a wired connection to my modem so I strongly believe it isn't my TP-LINK router I only have one console connected I've tried both wired and wireless Internal wireless adapter UPnP unknown Strict NAT ERROR CODE: 8015190E I use verizon Extra values unkown
    due to not losing my connection at connection test at the time. I'm uncertain if anyone will notice this and be able to help but I hope I can get some help. Thank you all in advance.

    Connection issues are costing me my sanity

    Welp, not even 40 minutes later still got a random disconnection of the same behavior. However I have the error code right here this time, "8015190E"

    You're not alone. Most people posting here, including me, are suffering from the same issue, and it appears as though they have no solution.

    Thanks so much, it feels comforting knowing it isn't just me. Hopefully Xbox Live fixes the problem or a solution is found. It sucks that players can't enjoy their subscriptions to thier full extent because of this.

    Error code, 8015190E, are often related to a problem with an end user's networking equipment, or connectivity problems that reside within their ISP's address realm, and not with the actual operation of Xbox Live services itself.

    To be able to better understand why you receive this specific error code, please read:

    And post back in full detail (the bits in bold).

    Does your console always get diagnosed with a Strict NAT behaviour, whenever you run the diagnostic test on your console (Test Xbox Live Connection)?

    @trickybuz93 - If you haven't already, please go ahead and start a new thread with a detailed discription of your situation, along with any error code you are getting and any troubleshooting steps you have tried so far.

    Yes I get diagnosed with strict NAT, but this happened when I had a diagnosis of moderate nat

    If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?



    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown



    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?



    Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)?
