    strange connection troubles


    I'm having a strange problem ; when I connect my Xbox 360 to Xbox live but I do not sign in it will connect normally, but when I sign in it will disconnect and I cannot reconnect as long as I am signed in. When I sign out again it reconnects to Xbox live
    again. My other console connects to the internet normally. is it a problem with my 360?

    ever since the update my xbox has trouble staying connected to live

    I had no trouble connecting to the internet before the update. Now that I have downloaded it I always lag out of parties and soon after I loose connection to live for a few minutes. Once I log back in and join a party I loose connection again. The strange
    part is that I have no trouble with my connection so long as I don't join parties or do matchmaking. Please help

    Try to delete your account from the console, clear your console cache and download your account again

    Hi all!

    Please follow M3tal Daz3's troubleshooting steps first. If you're still experiencing issues after that, try
    clearing your cache three times in succession, then turning your Xbox 360 console off and back on.

    Let us know if you're still seeing problems!
