Strange Bugs on Downloads and Updates

Hi there, im having a bug in my console, idk why it happens, but when i try to download something, somehow it just go to queue, dont matters if i just remove all games from queue and let the game i do want to download, i cant "Continue download",
it says installing / downloading for 1 sec and boom, Queue.

And the update bug is somehow strange too, because a 600mb update can took hours of download, getting to 20% and a error appears, it say to retry updating from 20%, it bug again, and i re-install the game... nothing changes and i get dissapointed.

Sorry for bad grammar, im brazillian, but please, help me fixing these bugs.

I still haven't seen a proper explanation for update sizes

Don't tell me it's somehow normal to go from having 10MB updates to 10GB updates. That's like 1000 times the size, FYI. It's not normal, and there's barely that much executable code in all of Windows! Title Updates were intended for fixing bugs. If we have
to download nearly half the amount of data that's on the disc to fix bugs, I'd say that game wasn't ready for release. Now here's what's really strange: PS4 updates aren't nearly as bad. Perfect example... Sniper Elite 3 (day one update): 360 - 150MB, PS4
- 400MB, XB1 - 10GB.....WHAT? I'd like an actual Xbox developer/programmer to explain that one, and all the rest.

 

Headset problems with party chat still the same before and after preview update

Before this recent update my headset would only work in party chat when I turned on the Xbox using the controller if I turned on the Xbox using the voice command which I do alot it wouldn't work at all ..and after this recent update the problem still remains
the same .. Is this some strange bug? Anyone else having this problem .. I've also just updated controller and nothing's changed .. Very strange!

 

PS : This happens with ALL GAMES!!!!

Since you started running into this Queue issue have you tried a power cycle on your console? Hold down the power button for 10 seconds (or until console turns off) and then power it back on. After you power cycle you should be able to Resume Installation
for the title.

If you're still having issues then, can you share your Detailed Network Statistics here so we can make sure your internet speeds are hitting requirements? Thanks!

 

Didn't worked, but my NAT is moderate, and its 200kbps. And 2 months ago, it was normally working, and now it isnt anymore...

 

That's no good.

Let's first have you try resetting your network by unplugging all network hardware and re-connecting it. Once you reconnect it, go ahead and check your detailed network statistics to see if they have improved. If they're still showing low speeds let's run
through all the steps on this page for
slow performance.
