okay so i get off work today only to find that my account got com banned because i called some guy a [Mod Removed].why?because he teamed killed me playing R6 siege ranked for no reason.just did it.XBOX,did u see i reported him?did u ban him?no,u did not.but
since i said one word to him for team killing i get banned?some great job u did there xbox and u wonder y so many ppl r switching to playstation!this is the second time this has happened 2me and im about done.ill make sure to send u xbox the video of me smashing
ur worthless system.thanks for nothing

The game and xbox/controller are very similar...they both are straight garbage and belong in the trash.

 

It doesn't matter how the situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished. Since you reported him, the enforcement team will investigate him and take appropriate action.

 

You have the right to make your choice yet keep in mind that every online service has own rules you should sign in when you register for that service

 

Using profanity here and on Live is forbidden, but I can assure you, that was not the ONLY reason you got a communication ban. No one gets banned that quickly, you have a history of being reported for unsportsman-like behavior, using vulgar language and
message harrassment.

I can also assure you that ALL gaming communities use the same type of standards in terms of Online Behavior and Abuse of TOS, so threatening Live with leaving for Sony is not really proving a point. Maybe this is the time you reflect on your actions, take
personal accountabilty and stop making problems for yourself.

But if you are going to smash the xbox over the fact that you got in trouble for juvenille behavior....are you not just proving to everyone why Xbox Live was totally right for banning you!? I mean ....who wants to play with someone who is going to insult
random people and then destroy his console when he gets caught???

Profanity is a violation of the Code of Conduct. Regardless of the situation, you should never counter a negative situation with more negativity. Better to block the player and report them.

You just violated code of conduct, ghostface, thats it. Thats rules and you accept it when create account in Xbox Live.

By the way PS service has rules too. Like every service.

 

Always best to just report the unsporting behavior and move on.

 

It's highly advised to report and block. That way they get reviewed, and you have taken responsible action.
