    Story Mode not working


    As of a couple days ago it stopped working for me. The main title screen appears and I press A to start the game. It says connecting to server, then checking for DLC....then it goes to black screen with loading icon in bottom right corner....and stays there.
    It never goes past that screen now. Anyone else having this problem and know a fix? Thanks.

    Xbox live not working for Mindcraft Story mode

    I have connected and tested the connection to xbox live through the "Systems" menu item. However, when I play Mindcraft story mode I get the message "you need to be signed into xbox live to access xbox live features." when trying to get to get to the next
    episode. I am using the Season Pass Disc.

    We found confusion.

    That's just story mode, buddy. It works only when the user already has the Online mode purchased, it works together.

    You need to have online mode to be able to download story mode.

    Launching games kicks me back to home screen problem.

    Tried everything and story mode won't work. Tried nightmare mode and it works fine. Uses my character and his clothes and all his skills so I'm wondering if its my story mode save somehow got corrupted? It appears like my character profile works indecent
    of my game saves. ie: charter up to level 10 in story, starts there if I start nightmare, and whatever I level him up as he is when I go back to story.

    I was just about to finish story mode with all the side missions done so I'm hesitant, but I wonder if starting story mode over would correct this issue for the time being?

    I can't play my game disc's as they ask me to purchase full game.

    No it's not unfortunately, the online part works fine but it still asks me to purchase the story mode for £17.99 when trying to start upon selecting story mode in the menu.

    Red Dead Online was removed from Game Pass last month. If you are trying to play Story Mode, that won't work currently unless you have purchased Red Dead Online. Story Mode is just an add-on for Red Dead Online. You need both to play Story Mode.
