Story broken

The story is broken for me after first meeting with the Angara. After the talking section, it attempts to load out and just hangs there indefinitely. Have tried a couple of times and restarted Xbox to no avail.

try to power cycle you console for ten seconds or power cycle ten seconds then unplug it for 30 seconds then plug it back in. try to clear your local game saves . remove and add your mirosoft account try that . reinstall your game . my experience with the game
i had few bugs with the game is like a good power cycle fixed my bugs but ea need to do lot of work with the game. i think is a good game to play . i have mass effect 1 2 3 including mass effect andromeda . i been playing mass effect andromeda since
the march 21 2017 . i have the disc version of the game i playing xbox one s. good luck playing the game. you can go to ea games support .com or call mirosoft . one thing or two is boost graphics and fix the facial animation .

 

You can try to load an earlier auto save point to see if that bypasses the issue. You can also try completing another mission on a different planet and just come back to this one and see if it loads properly afterwards.

Hey there.

It seems that it is a bug of the game as several people are complaining about this issue. As they have told you, try to make another mission and i would recommend you try load your last manual save.

Also, check if you can find some solution here, and if not create a new post to make them aware about this issue
