ich habe mir soeben ein digitales Produkt im Microsoft Store gekauft. Ist es möglich dieses zu stornieren? Es ist noch nicht eingelöst.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this question. If I'm understanding your question correctly, you've purchased a digital item but not yet redeemed it, which may indicate a code was purchased. Is this correct, or have you purchased a
different item?

If you'd like to cancel the order & the payment has not yet gone through, then I recommend following the instructions contained in the following support article for best results: Cancel
an order or pre-order from Microsoft Store. Should the payment have already gone through and this is an Xbox related item, you may request a refund for the purchase so long it has not been used. I further recommend our support article entitled Request
an Xbox digital product refund for the direct steps and some tips for doing so.

Sign in at xbox.com.
Select Contact Us.
Choose your category.
Select "No Thanks" when presented the virtual agent.
Pick a topic. (You may need to switch topics until the call back option appears.)
Select to Request a call from Support.
