storm island rip off doesnt work!!!!!

purchased storm island £15.99, and it doesnt work!!! takes hours to load up, then it crashes my xbone. tryed all sorts to sort out the problem, cold reboot, empty cashe, and contacted microsoft, is it just me having this problem? and how the hell do you
get intouch with turn10 toreport this problem?

if your thinking of buying storm island then DONT save your money as it doesnt work!!

cannot find the downloaded game

If you do not already own it, then yes. Storm Island will not work without the base game. Unlike Forza Horizon 2 Fast & Furious, Storm Island is a DLC pack and not a standalone game.

My Storm Island tab was greyed out after purchasing and downloading. But once you win 3 championships, and my 3rd was Nice, it immediately opened the intro to Storm Island and put an icon on the map. I raced at Storm Island shortly aft
