    Store won't work


    My Xbox store doesn't work or even launch. It's not even in my apps. I've tried restarting the Xbox, hard restart, etc. I've checked for updates, not there. You know when you have a disc in your console and it's at the left of the home menu. The store shows there and it won't move. I press it, it doesn't launch. It's not even in my apps. I really need help. It's been going on for days and it still doesn't work. Please Help

    Hello,

    Clear your cache memory > to do it , on the main menu , press and HOLD 10 sec the powerbutton of the console, wait 30 sec, restart your Xbox

    Does it work ?

    If you say it won't work on the Microsoft store then I very much doubt it will work on Xbox store.

    Is there an option to use win10 apps on the xbox?

    If the app isn't in the Microsoft store, then it won't work on the Xbox. If it is in the Microsoft store it will state what platforms it is available on, as previously mentioned.
