    Yall when I open store it works and it opens but if I click on anything in store like search or more games then it says something went wrong and ive tried again and again whats happening

    connection to store issues on console

    Xbox store won't let me make purchases won't connect to the store. Did a detailed network test and it says all good but still won't work. Xbox can't even do a factory reset bc of "Connection"

    After I do it all it says there an error and has a code and says visit

    Clear your cache memory > to do it , on the main menu , press and HOLD 10 sec the powerbutton of the console, wait 30 sec, restart your Xbox

    Clear your cache memory > to do it , on the main menu , press and HOLD 10 sec the powerbutton of the console, wait 30 sec, restart your Xbox

    If you say it won't work on the Microsoft store then I very much doubt it will work on Xbox store.

    Is there an option to use win10 apps on the xbox?

    If the app isn't in the Microsoft store, then it won't work on the Xbox. If it is in the Microsoft store it will state what platforms it is available on, as previously mentioned.
