Store won't load

Discus and support Store won't load in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my issue is simple: xbox live store doesn't load on none of my xbox one consoles. Everything else works fine.     Store won't load


    my issue is simple: xbox live store doesn't load on none of my xbox one consoles. Everything else works fine. Clicking on any icon or link to the store does simply nothing.

    I already performed a hard reset (hold power button until light goes off, disconnect console from power for 2-3 minutes and restart) to no result.

    Thanks I'll try that now it's been like this for a week now hopefully this works cos I'm getting annoyed now

    I am getting the same but also in the Games with Gold area and movie rental. Any luck getting this resolved?

    There have been a couple of updates for the store in the last couple of days. Go to "My Games & Apps" and check to see if there is an update for the store in there. For some reason I had to manually start it on one of my consoles, though the other downloaded
    the update automatically.

    The microsoft store won't load

    Please check if there are any updates needed:

    1. Make sure that your console is connected to the internet, and then press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Profile & system> Settings > System > Updates.
    3. Under Updates, you’ll see:
      • Console update available. Select this to begin your update, or
      • No console update available. This means your console is up to date.
    If the console is already updated, try to turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console!

    If the issue persists, I would recommend trying the troubleshooting steps below:

    Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear

    Then select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If the issue persists, try to soft reset your console!

    Xbox Store won't load

    Hi, I had to use the reset console option located in the System section of Settings. There is an option to reset console but keep games and saves etc. After going through the reset all my games and things were still there and it seemed to resolve the problem.
