Store will not load any app or game when selected

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on what to do in this situation. I can understand how this kind of thing could throw anyone off.. I suggest trying a

soft factory reset if you haven't already. It's the one denoted reset and keep my games & apps and is a great troubleshooting step for a variety issues.

error code every time trying to load store apps or games, reseting everything from modem to hard reset won't work either to correct it.

Have you try Xbox one system settings to see if your xbox is up to date. Here is the link to run thought everything for you

Same thing ,app load and when i select any workout it crashes to home.

I selected to reset and keep all games and apps but when I loaded in, all of my games and apps were gone, Full Library does not work, and now I don't even have the option to download games through the store. Basically it's all gone.
