    When or how am i to upgrade my standard edition of cold war on my new series x? Without purchasing the 70 dollars cross-gen version? I heard the currently unavailable button was previously working on the store thru series x (based on this device) and was
    to upgrade for the ten dollar difference, but i never saw or can confirm it, so again how/when am i to upgrade for this ten dollars?

    I'm afraid there isn't a way to do that on the Microsoft's end. However it is possible to reach out to the game developer(s) to push your request as they're the once responsible for pulling their games from the store in most cases, but that isn't also a guarantee that it will return.
