    my store update stopped at 98 percent and disappeared what do i do hope i have the latest store update

    I went to update my Xbox store app and it stopped and disappeared and now I can’t open the stores because it says it’s out of date

    Try a power cycle instructions here. Then navigate to the Games and Apps page and check your Updates section for a Store app update

    Same issue - i was on xbox live support chat about 4 hours and the issue was not resolved. they told me there variance team will be looking into the issue and that i will be notified when a patch is available. hope this helps you from going on support all
    day store update :)

    yeah I'm having it too. On my account thing it says that they're working on some issue so maybe we're all experiencing the same. This seems to be first I've seen about it, having tried google searches. I'll stay close to this thread. Good luck everyone!

    try going to settings, system, console info, reset console, reset and keep my apps and games. This worked for me. Good luck.

    I found a fix go to settings and reset your xbox but tell it to keep your games and apps this worked for me hopefully does for you to.
