    Hello My Name is Derick, I recently purchased the game Grand Theft Auto 5. They took my money out of my Paypal and I didnt receive a receipt or anything, it said purchased but never downloaded and I checked my money balanced & they took the money out but
    didnt give me the game. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.

    Xbox took my money

    this has happened to me as well. only it does download and is in my history, even after reinstalling it 5 times, speaking with xbox live support chat, phone support and the game deloper support who sent me back to xbox suport i still cannot play this game.

    I need help i recently tryed to activate my acct again so i put all credit card info in and it didnt go in but it still took money out of my card. Whats going on. Please need help

    Where did you purchase the game from?

    If you purchased it from the Microsoft/Xbox for a digital copy, try checking the "Ready to Install" section. It might have popped up there.

    If not, you can follow Smwutches info

    If you purchased it from the Microsoft/Xbox for a digital copy, try checking the "Ready to Install" section. It might have popped up there.

    The companion app is for consoles

    You need to buy it on the xbox app on your windows 10

    By using the Xbox console companion app you queued the Xbox game not the pc game

    And fable 2 isn't available per say on Windows 10 but there is one offical way to play it on Windows 10

    You need to update to the recent windows 10 anniversary update if it's available to you in your region

    It's varies region by region as ita a phased release since the Xbox 20th anniversary not long ago

    Once you have it you need to download the xbox play app which lets you play non windows supported xbox games like fable 2

    And yes it is ms offical xbox app to play 360 games
