    Store tile is stuck on the recently used apps on Home


    I am currently in Beta and this problem has persisted for the last week and a half. The store tile will remain on the recently used apps on Home, it doesn't cycle out.

    On the Xbox One home dashboard scroll to the Xbox Live Gold tile which should be the second to last in the first row after the tiles of your recently used apps. You should then be re-directed to the dedicated Xbox Live
    Gold section of the Microsoft Store and under Featured you should see a tile that says "Claim your Ultimate Gift". After selecting that tile, you should be able to claim the offers for Discord Nitro granted you meet the terms and conditions that will be listed
    in the footer. Alternatively, you can find the tile to claim your offers by going to the Game Pass tab on the home page (press RB).

    the tiles below the main tile are just your most recently used tiles. they will disappear as you use other tiles that take the place of them as recently used

    Can you try a hard reset first (hold power button until it shuts off, then turn back on) and then you can also try just a dashboard reset. Hold the left and right trigger and press Y. You should see it refresh the ads etc.

    As part of the holidays, you can claim your subscription offers for the other services directly from your Xbox One console if you have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. On the Xbox One home dashboard scroll to the Xbox Live Gold tile which should
