    recently I got a windows phone and I tried to download apps but then its says
    please accept store terms if use before you can purchase this item.
    I tried to but it didn't work then I heard on the question section that you should go on xboxlive.com but it still won't work. can anyone give me a link or advice on how to fix this thanks.

    Sorry to hear about the app store issue. Are you under a family account? If so, you will have to accept the Terms of Use through the parents Microsoft Account under the 'My Family' tab on the Windows
    Phone     page. If you are not, visit the
    Windows Phone     page, sign in with your Microsoft Account, and see if a link pops up saying "accept the Terms of Use" there. Hope this helps!

    Yes you are physically able to write whatever you want but had you read the Terms of Use you'd know what you shouldn't write. Just like anyone could physically steal from a store. Because you know the laws (hopefully) you know you shouldn't do that.

    can you try a somewhat unorthodox steps and post back to have us know if you were helped by this.

    1. Sign out of your Microsoft account and close all active browsers.
    2. Open up your browser and sign in to
      xbox.com       by using your Microsoft account information.
    3. You'll be prompted with the Terms of Use.
    4. Type Xbox.com in the address field of your browser and press BACK.
    5. You'll be prompted to accept the Terms of Use.
    6. Click I Accept.
