Store Reviews and Recommendations for Other Puzzle Games

I'm rather sad.

When I first started playing this game, I had the "trial premium" thing run, and I loved it. I gave the game a five star review in the store happily. When my free premium trial ran out, I still enjoyed it. The game was of a quality that I happily watched
the ads. And then the performance started to tank. After doing the recommended troubleshooting, I wasn't able to get it to improve, so I changed my review to a four. As time went on, I continued to have issues. My review dropped to a three, then a two.

Then, performance improved! I hoped that the devs had stepped up and optimized the ads, or figured out what was wrong. That five star experience was back! But I waited. I wanted to make sure it was a real change. And I'm glad I did. The next week, things
were back to where they were. And that's where I've been since. In this cycle of wonderful game play and horrific lag.

Today was the first time my game crashed. It just completely froze and then kicked me out to the desktop. It was the GlassesUSA ad, in case anyone was wondering. I hopped onto chat with a Microsoft tech to see if maybe there was something else I could do.
I uninstalled/reinstalled. I ran the app troubleshooter. I reset the app data. I ran my network troubleshooter. I reset my network settings. None of that helped. The issue is not my computer. I can run Payday 2 on this computer. There is no reason why Microsoft
Jigsaw should be more demanding on my system than Payday 2.

Today I changed my review to one star. I would recommend anyone who hasn't reviewed the game, or who gave it a higher review when you first started playing to do the same. Currently it's sitting at 3.6 out of 5 on the store, and at this point I think the
only way the devs will do anything is if its rating becomes so low that new players are warned away.

So, given that the developers seem to have no interest in improving the ad performance in game, has anyone looked at the other jigsaw puzzle options in the Store for an alternative?

daily challenge coins. what happens to them

In the Microsoft Jigsaw puzzle game you can use the coins to purchase puzzles.

I think that we should be able to use the coins in the other games for things like purchasing new themes or for things in the MS store or Xbox Avatar store.

 

Max the Curse of Brotherhood

Anybody here thinking about getting today's new store game Max, it looks an interesting puzzle platform game, the reviews have been pretty promising so far, and at £11:99 it could be worth go. I'd be interested to see any ones views on it.
